Multiprocess welding machine with inverter technology for MIG/MAG, NO-GAS, MMA and TIG DC welding. 4 welding processes available:
- Synergic MIG/MAG - basic programs for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium welding, braze welding with special copper silicon and copper aluminium wires
- Manual MIG/MAG - free wire speed, arc voltage and electronic inductance adjustment
- MMA - welding current and ARC-FORCE adjustment, useful for electrodes with difficult striking
- TIG DC - Lift striking to limit the risk of contaminating the piece with tungsten, adjustment of the welding current and the current down slope, with filling effect at the end of the weld seam. All metals can be welded, except aluminium.
Thanks to the outside polarity change function, it will be possible to switch to NO-GAS welding in a very simple and fast way. In this series of products, all adjustments are made intuitively through the combined use of three potentiometers: the first allows you to select the process, the second to regulate the current and the third is useful for wire welding as it adjusts the arc voltage.
The MIGA 215 has various adjustment ranges according to the welding type: MIG/NO GAS modes have a range of 10 - 150A, MMA has a range of 10 - 130A while TIG welding has an adjustment range of 10 - 150A.
Equipped with a Ø100-200mm, 200 grams self-shielded wire. It has a power supply of 230V, the absorbed power is 2.5kW. It mounts a 16A fuse and the torch connector is straight.
Equipped with current up slope which consists of the time in which the current passes from the initial value following the striking to the value set for welding, it allows to avoid an abrupt start of melting. The down slope is the time in which the current passes from the value set for welding to the switch-off value, avoiding crater cracks at the end of the weld seam.
A 2m MIG 110A torch, a ground clamp with cable, a Ø0.8 - Ø1 wire feeder roller and a gas hose are supplied as standard.
