Char-Broil All Star 1 Gas Gas Grill

The Char-Broil All Star Gas 1 gas grill features a porcelain-enamelled steel body, lid made form die-casting aluminium with handle and built-in hood thermometer.

One fuel-efficient stainless steel burner with 3,8 kW/h output and safe piezoelectric ignition. Wheeled separated underframe in powder-coated steel with front panel and four swivel castors with parking brake for great mobility and stability. The removable frame allows to separate the grill from the trolley and turns the All-Star into a portable grill for a weekend outing.

Two practical hinged folding side storage tables for extra shelf storage for cookware storage.

Two types of cooking grates fitted:

TRU-INFRARED emitter plate in durable stainless steel and a 45 cm diameter upper grate made of porcelain-enamelled cast-iron.
A 71x18 cm, warming rack in porcelain-enamelled steel keeps grilled food warm, ideal for hamburger buns or baguettes.

1590 cm² total cooking space.

HOW DO CONVENTIONAL GRILLS WORK?

Conventional grills rely solely on convective heat, which cooks the food. The heat is transferred through the air and the food is cooked with the circulating heat.

HOW IS THE HEAT DISTRIBUTED WHEN GRILLING?

On a conventional gas grill heat is not evenly distributed. This causes the food being grilled to cook at different speeds. Gas grills have an additional problem, because the heated air removes the moisture from the barbecued food and then simply evaporates.

Whether charcoal or gas grills, most of the Char-Broil models include the patented TRU-Infrared cooking technology, which delivers nothing but the best barbecue results.

The special Infrared emitted plate above the heat source absorbs the energy and heat which is then radiated evenly over the food. This guarantees more moisture, which significantly enhances the taste and more.
