The Campagnola Icarus ECO 150-220 is a battery-powered electric harvester designed to offer excellent performance when harvesting olives. With its carbon pole, this light and sturdy device allows you to easily reach olives, even in hard-to-reach places.

The harvester head is made of magnesium/aluminium, ensuring an optimal combination of light weight and sturdiness. Thanks to the double side movement, this harvester offers greater efficiency in removing olives from the trees.

With a beating speed of 1200 bpm per minute, the Campagnola Icarus ECO 150-220 guarantees fast and efficient harvesting. Its telescopic pole allows you to adjust the maximum length up to 220 cm, enabling you to adapt it to the size of the olive trees you are harvesting.

The 12 V brush motor offers a nominal power of 450 W, ensuring reliable operation and consistent performance. Placed at the bottom of the pole, the motor ensures ideal balance and excellent manoeuvrability when harvesting.

The Campagnola Icarus ECO 150-220 is equipped with a car-type battery motor, which offers increased autonomy and ease of use. Carbon fibre tines ensure superior durability and effective removal of olives from trees.

The motor at the end of the pole gives this harvester exceptional balancing, which means less fatigue during use.
Today, however, 99% of harvesters on the market have still the motor mounted on the head: easier and more affordable solution that makes the harvester extremely unbalanced in weights and very tiring to use.

Do not forget that in most cases the harvester is gripped at the bottom of the pole, and if the weight is all concentrated above, it becomes really heavy to handle and certainly impossible to use for a whole day.

In choosing a harvester it is wrong to consider only the total weight in the evaluation of user comfort.

The user comfort is given not by the total weight but from balancing weights, and then by mounting the engine at the bottom of the pole

It generates, despite the considerable size of rakes, up to 1200 rotations per minute.

Support base with cable grommet. It ensures total protection of the extension cable and the engine connection plug. And this both during pruning, when the cable is constantly being pulled, and when the machine is resting vertically on the ground.

The tines are made of the purest carbon and make a characteristic double side-to-side motion.

The tines swing in a right-to-left motion, which allows for a wider collecting radius. This special swinging motion reduces to minimum the vibrations transferred to the operator.

The Campagnola Icarus is the battery-powered olive harvester with the highest hourly collection capacity. Unlike all harvesters on the market, there is no specific technique of use for the Icarus. It can be used like a comb on well pruned and thin plants.

It can also be introduced into and extracted repeatedly from not pruned and very thick plants (that do not allow the machine to slide through).

The advantage is that the machine can easily penetrate between the branches, thanks to the front part which is sparse, but can also go deep thanks to the exceptional length of the prongs.

The most important features to consider when choosing a carbon pole instead of an aluminium one are:

• Higher sturdiness;
• More rigidity, thus higher control;
• It weighs 300 g less than the aluminium ones;

The length of this pole is the ideal configuration of this olive harvester, because the motor is mounted at the end of the pole.

It is great with shorter olive trees, we advice to grip the pole from the middle to maintain a weight balance of 50%-50% (just like shown in the upper diagram) making it even more handy to use.

The rotating pole for electrical equipment is 100% made of Carbon, thus resulting robust and extremely light.
