The Blackstone SP480 Deluxe self-propelled petrol lawn mower is designed for the most demanding consumers: Powerful, reliable and versatile lawn mower.

The housing is made of treated steel, which prevents corrosion and rust. It is equipped with a 48 cm cutting width and powered by a single-cylinder 4-stroke engine.

The lawn mower is also provided with a centralised cutting height adjustment in 6 different positions, from 35 mm to 75 mm and a

large 65 L grass collector.

This lawn mower is equipped with a high-wheel system. The wheels, with a diameter of 200 -280 mm, are mounted on ball bearings, perfect for medium-sized uneven areas.

The machine is equipped with a speed variator.

A great advantage compared with the other only self-propelled lawn mowers.

Thanks to the handy dash-mounted lever, the speed variator allows you to adjust the forwarding speed and use the minimum traction in non-rectilinear paths or in curves and to carry out a bit slower manoeuvres.

It is also possible to use it at max. speed even on regularly cut and not too high or thick grass and to operate faster on even lawn without many obstacles.

WARNING! The speed regulator must be activated only while the machine is moving, in order to avoid malfunctions and/or damages.

The machine is equipped with a very thick universal hardened steel blade, suitable for 4 mowing options: mulching, rear discharge, side discharge and grass collection mowing.

Rear-wheel drive (self-propelled).
Equipped with a sturdy belt drive with reduction gear box which allows the Operator to conduct the grass cutting operation without effort, optimising the traction of the machine and the feed efficiency.

The high-wheel system guarantees an incredible manoeuvrability. The wheels are mounted on sturdy ball bearings which make them greatly long-lasting.

The Blackstone lawn mower is equipped with 6 cutting height adjustments from 35 mm to 75 mm.

The centralised cutting height adjustment is incredibly fast and intuitive.

Just move the proper lever which automatically adjust the height of the machine thanks to a system of springs.

To lower the machine, move the lever downwards. When reached the desired height, release the lever so as to fix the lawn mower at that height.

GRASS COLLECTION MOWING:

The lawn mower is equipped with a 70 L hybrid grass collector, very easy to remove and empty.

The lower part is made of plastic, which gives strength and sturdiness, avoiding the canvas to tear if in contact with the lawn.

Practical handle placed at the top of the collector to make it easy its drawing and emptying when full.

The grass collector level indicator allows the Operator to easily know when it is necessary to empty the grass collector.

REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without using the grass collector, discharging the grass clippings directly from the back of the lawn mower.

Simply remove the grass collector and the rear exhaust system will function automatically.

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:

This system allows cutting grass without catching it inside the collector, and crushing the clippings into a fine powder before dropping them on the lawn.

Immediate conversion: you will just need to pull out the grass collector, connect the standard-supplied mulching plug, and lower the rear deflector in order to engage the mulching system.

MAIN SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM:
This grass mowing system allows crushing grass clippings and dropping them on the ground. The resulting grass particles are so small, they will be barely noticeable on the lawn. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing any effort and shortening the time-saving). Moreover, grass clippings will break down into nutrients and water for the lawn (grass is 80% water) and will thus ensure a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is worth remembering that, to ensure the greatest mulching results, the lawn should be irrigated and the grass needs cutting at least once a week.

SIDE DISCHARGE SYSTEM:

This system allows mowing grass without collecting the clippings inside the grass collector (it is also possible to collect grass a bit higher than normal, due to the high disposal capacity of the side exhaust deflector).

Leaving the mulching plug entered, in order not to occlude the rear discharge of the grass, simply lift the black carter on the side of the body and enter the side deflector supplied with a simple gesture.
