REAR DISCHARGE SYSTEM

MULCHING CUTTING SYSTEM

WHAT IS MULCHING:
a cutting system that allows the cut grass to be shredded and then released onto the lawn, pulverised to the point that it almost appears to have been collected. This eliminates the problem of its disposal (reducing effort and drastically shortening the time spent cutting) and also, as it decomposes, it will later turn into a nutrient for the lawn itself and into water (grass is made up of 80% water) thus ensuring a perfectly balanced biological cycle. However, it is useful to remember that, to ensure the absolute efficiency of the system, the lawn must still be irrigated, and the grass cut at least once a week.

Leaving the mulching plug inserted, so that it blocks the grass discharge at the rear, simply lift the side cover on the deck and insert the side deflector with a simple gesture.

The lawn mower is designed and intended exclusively for cutting grass in garden areas (and not on other types of terrain). The surface must be level, free from irregularities, stones, or other solid objects, and covered with maintained lawn grass (therefore, not uncultivated or spontaneous vegetation). Grass should be cut regularly and must not be allowed to grow beyond 25–30 cm, as most lawn mowers are no longer capable of cutting at this height. Slopes exceeding 15% (equivalent to 9°) must be avoided, except when using 4x4 models.
