AgriEuro GVD 50/700 AE Diesel Air Compressor

The AgriEuro GVD 50/700 is a petrol engine-driven air compressor designed to power and operate pneumatic tools for pruning and harvesting work in the agricultural sector.

The pumping unit is activated via a Airmec-Hailin 4,2 HP diesel engine

The air compressor is mounted on a structure separated from the frame. This model features a 50 L tank.

Electric start: thanks to the electric start with ignition key, this model is ready and easy to use.

Equipped with large pneumatic wheels and a comfortable handle to make transport and movement easier during working phases.

This petrol engine-driven air compressor can operate 3 olive harvesters at the same time, up to 6 pneumatic pruning shears and 2 pneumatic chainsaws.

This petrol engine-driven air compressor is equipped with a pneumatic self-regulation device able to bring the engine to operating speed only during the tank refilling time until the maximum pressure is reached.
This system allows a considerable saving on fuel, a reduction in the wear of the mechanical parts and also a decrease in exhaust emissions.

Battery for electric start

Remember that the diesel engine is a little harder to start compared to a petrol engine due to its much higher compression.

Automatic throttle.
One of the few machines on the market to be equipped with this device, thanks to which, the engine automatically adjusts its acceleration level based on the air intake of the equipment used.

When the use of equipment is suspended, the engine will idle and when the equipment is switched on again, the engine will accelerate just enough to guarantee the production of the air necessary for their operation.

ADVANTAGES:
- reduced fuel consumption
- reduced wear on the engine and the air compressor cylinder head. Detail of the connection of the black compressed air hose that feeds the automatic throttle and the valve. When the latter is opened, it deactivates the system, allowing the engine to idle for a few minutes when starting for the first time to warm up.

Cylinder head

This air compressor mounts a twin-cylinder head with a cast iron cylinder (long life guarantee). Large air intake flow: 700 L/min, enough to guarantee the operation of 3 olive harvesters, 6 pruning pruning shears or 2 pneumatic chainsaws.

The cylinder head features a side cooling manifold for more effective cooling of the compressed air produced, before it diesel is fed into the tank mounted on the air compressor

Belt drive

The AgriEuro air compressor features a belt drive.

The use of transmission belt guarantees a very high level of safety, and makes this machine the top of the range. Combined with a Diesel petrol engine, the belt drive contributes to the durability of the air compressor, drastically reducing the number of revolutions of the cylinder head and reducing wear.

The protective housing is made of metal, very solid and robust, it allows excellent cooling.

Equipped with glycerine pressure gauge directly connected to the tank.

No load operation system and maximum pressure control by means of a professional MADE IN ITALY pilot check valve

4-outlet air divider that allows you to use 4 pneumatic tools at the same time

Also equipped with a pressure regulator which adjusts the air outlet pressure for the operation of the tools, a lubricator, that atomises oil in the outlet air to lubricate tools (adjustable lubrication intensity), and a drain valve which allows the discharge of condensate. These features are all included in the control panel
