The Cibus AgriEuro Premium Line series wood-fired oven is an excellent choice for those looking for a quality, practical wood-fired oven. Ideal for pizza and bread, but also perfect for roasts, desserts and more.

With a quick start (it reaches 400°C in just 15/20 minutes with small wood), it is ready to use thanks to the stainless steel vault.

Natural rock wool insulation and refractory base ensure effective temperature maintenance, reducing wood consumption.

Can churn out:

up to 75 pizzas per hour
up to 8 kg of bread.

Easily transportable thanks to the integrated trolley, it is suitable for any environment, including terraces and balconies.

Constructed from a thick stainless steel construction, it is designed to last. It offers a 2-year warranty, ensuring quality and durability.

The cooking floor is made of high-quality, food-grade refractory chamotte. Please note the raised refractory lining in the rear part of the cooking chamber.

Large INOX stainless steel wood holder, with new patented air combustion system "AIR PLUS" that guarantees a perfect combustion.

Inner structure made of stainless steel

The internal vaulted structure of the cooking chamber is made of thick stainless steel.

It consists of a single welded piece (not screwed as many similar products on the market).

Note the blunt shape of the vault, which ensures optimal heat distribution within the cooking chamber. And for greater heating efficiency.

This gives the oven cooking chamber a virtually eternal durability.

Door - Chimney - Insulation

Focus on the mouth closing door, entirely made of stainless steel except for the wooden handles, ensuring a safe and comfortable grip.

The opening door represents an excellent temperature regulator. You can decide whether to use it or not, depending on the type of cooking.

When the door is closed, the flame is weaker and cooking takes place more by contact and convection.

Chimney and chimney cap are also entirely made of stainless steel (diameter 13 cm).

Excellent insulation with 8 cm of stone wool between the roof and the cooking chamber. Double insulation layer with 2.5 cm scamotek and 3 cm of stone wool underneath the refractory floor.

This allows to retain the temperature more effectively and avoid the overheating of the external structure.

External structure made of steel painting

The outer structure is made of stainless steel, with the exception of the roof, which is painted in anthracite grey (which gives it an aesthetic touch).
This gives the oven total resistance to all kinds of weather and a very long service life.

The chimney cap is treated with high-temperature paint for maximum heat, weather and rust resistance.

Painted steel cart - accessories and dimensions

Equipped with a practical painted steel trolley with a side table in stainless steel measuring 96x31 cm that can be positioned at any time on the right or left side of the oven.

Focus on the wheels and two removable carrying handles that allow easy transport thanks to the perfect weight distribution.

The trolley is equipped with a sturdy lower shelf, also made of stainless steel.

A practical and sturdy steel rod is included to move the brazier safely.
