The motor is completely covered by a thick stainless steel casing, which protects it from splashes and impacts, while also making it easier to clean. This makes the machine extremely sturdy and reliable.
Designed to be used on a table, it has compact dimensions. With a 60mm diameter feed chute, it comes with a self-sharpening blade and a die, both made of AISI 430 stainless steel.
