The Spinn D 2.2 90W 10 230/50 screw compressor is part of Abac new rotary screw product range.

This type of product guarantees high and continuous performance over a long period of time as it does not require any pauses for cooling. They are also very quiet, producing a noise level of less than 59 db(A).

They are capable of producing complex air of high quality and free of oil contamination, which makes them suitable even for more complicated manufacturing processes such as paper, food and pharmaceuticals. They can still be used to feed automation systems, for gas compression or for the activation of any type of pneumatic machine.

The compressor operation can be summarized as follows:

• The gas passes through a suction line created between the two rotors.
• The rotation of the screws stops the input suction and the air is pushed towards the delivery output.
• The screws are made in such a way as to progressively reduce the space between the rotors and the stator and this allows for an increase in pressure.
• The last step of the operation concerns the expulsion of air from the discharge of the pump unit.

Thanks to their three wheels, they are also easy to transport and use anywhere. The rotary screw system makes them very functional and guarantees higher performance and efficiency than classical piston compressors with belt drive.
