Zanon BC 90 Cingo - Self-propelled Track-mounted garden shredder on wheelbarrow - Honda GX390 engine

The Zanon BX 90 Cingo self-propelled tracked garden shredder allows shredding of wood, foliage or brushwood up to 5/6 times its volume.

Its Honda GX390 engine and high quality blades allows the machine to easily perform the cutting operations. The wood chipper is mounted on a tracked engine unit, also compatible with the power barrow unit supplied. In this way it is possible to transform the movable shredder in a practical wheelbarrow with dumpers, to carry the newly shredded material.

Cutting system consists of 2 blades + 10 hammers + 2 counter-blades.

The tracked unit is equipped with a 196 cc Loncin G200F engine, which allows the power barrow to carry 300 Kg on up to a maximum 20% slopes. It also features a three forward gears and one reverse gear, while the dumper body can be tilted manually.

It is ideal both for private users who need a mobile and versatile tool, and for forestry and public green maintenance companies who need to quickly remove and grind biodegradable waste from the ground.

Its self-propelled system on tracks allows the shredder the maximum grip on more uneven terrain.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

Major strengths of this machine:

• Cutting diameter (easily reaches 100 mm on green wood, not dry, compared to the 80 mm max. cutting diameter reached by petrol garden shredders);
• Exceptional working capacity, it can carry out intense and demanding operations even when constantly grinding large diameter wood.
• High hourly output, over the standard petrol wood chippers (it can reach 4/6 mc/h).

It can also be used for grinding palm trees.

The body is made of high-resistance steel and reinforced with tubular cross members in the lower part, which make it suitable for any load or stress. The loading platform is very close to the ground in order to make loading/unloading operations easier.

Mechanical tipping: use the proper rubber lever with spring to release it by hand. It is easy to use even with heavy loads thanks to the tipping control lever on the side.

E.g., you can use them to transport wood.

The machine is provided with two lower levers for steering, respectively on the right and on the left.

The steering can be adjusted depending on the control lever and it allows moving smoothly. By partially pulling either lever, the steering of the respective track, right or left, will also be partial.
The safety brake allows immediately stop the machine easily.

This shredder, like all petrol-powered shredders with a roller rotor, must be strictly used at maximum engine speed; the shredding rotor is highly large and must reach the maximum engine speed to ensure effective results, thus using the centrifugal force generated.
ATTENTION: using it at maximum engine speed, further not grinding branches efficiently and not being able to grind branches with large diameter, can lead to a whole series of issues:

ATTENTION

This belt drive gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the engine and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor clogging caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc.. there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

Much longer service life than the standard systems still used by all manufacturers on their petrol-powered models where the engine is directly connected to the shredding unit.

The dual blade system also includes 10 hammers and 2 counter-blades placed in the shredding chamber.

This ensures high-quality wood chips with a hourly output varying from 4 to 6 mc/h.

The width and profile of the tread guarantee perfect grip and stability on all types of terrain. Made of special reinforced rubber with excellent grip, they can tackle any type of surface or step.

Focus on the rear part of the track with "tank shaped” sharp upper corner that allows the shredder to easily climb steps or other obstacles.

High adjustable discharge chute with deflector with adjustable tilt.

It allows discharging the wood chips directly into a box.

Further to the deflector tilt, it is also possible to adjust the discharge chute: indeed it can rotate and simply adjusted either to right or left by manually loosening or tightening the proper knobs.
