Pulcino 10 OIL Plate Filter for Oil

This plate and sheet filter for oil is a state-of-the-art machine which differs from the standard model both in its specificity in filtering extra virgin olive oil.

The PULCINO® FILTER consists of a special electric pump and a filtering system called liquid system with pressed layers.

The filter mounts 11 top-quality filter plates made of PVC.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

However, it is suitable for filtering any liquid foodstuff in addition to oil.

It can house up to 10 filter sheets. It is also possible to mount various types of filter sheets to obtain different types of productions.

Pump made of corrosion-resistant alloy with Novax technology

Pump body made in corrosion-resistant alloy with NOVAX technology: this is a state-of-the-art pump made of alloy and treated trough a chemical process that makes it antioxidant; this technology called Novax is an exclusive patent of the manufacturer, Rover Pompe.

When detached from the filter, the filtering pump can also be used as a common transfer pump.

The pump can also operate with fewer than the 10 filter sheets for which it is designed.

For example 8 or only 6 sheets can be mounted: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.

The pump is self-priming.

This particular type of filters allows to obtain excellent levels of drinks purification without altering the fundamental characteristics of the filtered liquid. For this reason, it is mainly used for domestic filtering operations, but also at a professional level, such as in wine cellars, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, breweries, and wherever it is necessary to filter a drink in order to serve or bottle it perfectly clear, without any trace of residue.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CUSTOMER: The PULCINO® FILTER has been designed specifically for filtering beverages, for which all the materials used are perfectly compatible with liquid foods.
