The hopper,plate the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel.

Just unscrew the two knobs on the side of the grinding unit to detach it.

The pestle is made of food-grade plastic.

The dimensions of the feed inlet are ø 52 mm

Thanks to the numerous die plates (sold separately) you can grind the meat with different grains.
