Triton multi-purpose meat grinder and grater

Triton is the best multi-purpose meat grinder suitable to satisfy the professional necessities aiming at speeding up the preparation of a lot of dishes.

The compact and sturdy design makes its use extremely easy without affecting its function and performance.

Meat grinder hourly output: 40 kg/h

Cheese grater hourly output: 25 kg/h

It is equipped with electric induction motor with continuous running and 300 W power, powered by 220 V.

The electric engine is covered by a die cast aluminium carter.

The machine worm screw and lock ring are made of stainless steel which are suitable for the contact with food. The pestle is made of PVC.

The plate with 6 mm holes and the blade are made of stainless steel to ensure a long lasting use.

Removable roll 10.3 x Ø 5.5

The mouth of this grater has a 9,5 x 6,5 cm opening.

Cheese grater

The built-in cheese grater is designed for a food-grade use and is suitable to grate hard cheese and dry bread.

Safety microswitch protected by the deck

Basin for collection made of stainless steel with 20,7 cm diameter and 9.5 cm height. It also has a plastic lid to preserve freshness.

Protective grating located at the release and interlock once cheese is introduce so as to avoid the contact with the moving parts.

The size of the opening is 9,5 x 6,5 cm.

The roll (10.3 x Ø5.5 cm) is made of stainless steel and is suitable to get in contact with food.

Meat grinder

The Triton No. 5 meat grinder is composed of a body, a worm screw and lock ring made of stainless steel for food-grade use, while funnel and pestle are made of PVC.

The meat grinder is easily removable to ease the cleaning of each part.

The opening size is ø5 cm

Thanks to the many die plates (that can be purchased a part) you can grind meat of different grain.

Engine, trasmission and roll - Machine body

This machine is equipped with electric induction motor, with continuous running, powered by 220 V and 300 W.

The engine is protected by a die cast aluminium body for food-grade use.

Transmission made of steel for the maximum sturdiness and the necessary power during the working session.

Easy, safe and intuitive use thanks to the controls located at the base of the machine.

It is equipped with feet for maximum stability.

The roll is made of steel and can be removed following few and simple steps.

First of all, unscrew the lid that blocks the access to the roll.

Then, by holding the roll with a cloth, unscrew the main locking screw of the roll.

The roll can be removed easily and will be ready to be cleaned or replaced.
