Outdoor wood-fired ovens from Minimus series, despite being the smallest of their range, still have the basic quality features of our line. This model stands for its small size and ease of placing and transport.
These features do not affect the excellent construction quality, as you can see from the absence of welded parts that would lose their stainlessness over time. All our garden ovens feature a refractory floor (which you can also use for direct cooking) in the cooking chamber. It covers a cavity containing an additional set of bricks to retain the heat even longer.
Venting system, also thanks to this cavity under the refractory floor, allows hot air to escape even from the front part of the chamber, thus creating a barrier to the outside and allowing more homogeneous cooking. Great attention to construction also results from the convenient position of the fan: in a space behind the bottom of the cooking chamber. This way, the cooking chamber dimensions match the ones you can find on our website, without losing any space.
Minimus garden oven is embellished by stainless steel finishings between the cooking and combustion chamber, and also on the ceiling of the cooking chamber: these prevent paint deterioration due to high oven temperatures. The square cooking chamber is obtained by optimizing space and it has three cooking floors. This series, for small families, is perfect to cook 10/15 servings.
