RGV Ausonia 190 Silver meat slicer is designed for non-continuous domestic use.
Due to its low speed it is recommended for cutting only soft, non-cured meats. Low-power product, suitable for extremely limited use, for soft (non-cured) cold cuts.
The stainless steel blade of 190 mm diameter, is easy to remove thanks to its patented system, which facilitates cleaning.
The cutting thickness from 0 to 15 mm is adjusted through a user-friendly knob.
The 100W single-phase commutator electric motor drives the blade with belt transmission.
