Hand-powered tabletop Red sausage maker, 5 Kg capacity

This manual Palumbo Pavi sausage stuffer has a 5 Kg capacity and it comes with 4 different stuffing tubes, which allow preparing several types of sausages and salami.

Easy to use. The steel housing has a polyester epoxy powder coating. 18/10 stainless steel cylinder, steel toothed rack, PA pushing piston.

The mechanical device consists of a set of steel gears that allow reducing the 2 speeds.

Machine body and components

Detachable and washable stainless steel cylinder. Fill the cylinder and use one of the four stuffing funnels (included as standard equipment). To start making sausages, operate the hand crank to turn the low-speed pinion of the rack to which the plunger piston is attached.

Focus on the meat pushing piston.

Focus on the mechanical device, which consists of a steel gear set that allows reducing the two speeds.
