The Weber Performer Deluxe GBS charcoal barbecue comes with everything you need for outdoor grilling. Among the various features of this BBQ is the removable, back-lit LCD cooking timer attached to the side work table.

Bowl and lid are both made of enamelled steel. This model comes with an electronic touch-n-go piezoelectric gas ignition system

Characterised by an open cart design, it is mounted on a wheeled frame and features a painted metal work table. It offers a greater working space for a more comfortable cooking.

Also, the practical lid handle with heat shield make it possible to quickly and easily check the cooking status of meat. The lid also mounts an aluminium lid damper and a built-in thermometer

Below the bowl there is a removable, high-capacity aluminium ash catcher.

Thanks to the four durable all-weather plastic wheels transporting the barbecue is extremely easy.

The barbecuing space of the Performance Deluxe GBS consists of a stainless steel Gourmet BBQ System circular cooking grate with a diameter of 57 cm.

The cooking timer attached to the side of the table and the built-in thermometer on the lid make monitoring the inside heat effortless. Next to the thermometer, the lid also mounts an aluminium damper.

The painted metal table provides ample prep space when needed and allows to keep everything you need for cooking within easy reach.
