Ceccato Triton Maxi PTO - Tractor-mounted garden shredder - Three-point hitch

The Ceccato Tritone Maxi PTO is a heavy-duty tractor-mounted garden shredder intended for professional use.

The wood chipper shreds brushwood and twigs making them suitable for composting. Shredding operations also allow reducing the material decomposing time.

The large steel hopper can process even very bulky branches and leaves without having to pre-shred them. Thus, it also features a higher capacity that allows entering large volumes of material at a time.

This tractor-mounted wood chipper is MADE IN ITALY and built according to the logic of large-scale shredders, thus ensuring maximum results in terms of cutting, speed and reliability.

The machine is compliant with the CE standards.

Warning: Like all wood chippers and garden shredders, it is not suited for shredding grass, leaves, pine needles, etc. (it is intended to shred branches, but it can also grind leaves, needles and others)

Garden shredders intended use:
- The wood chipper must grind only green branches and not dried ones (which would limit its shredding capacity and lead to quick deterioration of the blades);
- The branches must be preferably long, smooth and not knobby (otherwise the cutting diameter would be reduced);
- The branch cutting diameter indicated is the maximum, so it is advised not to shred larger branches. In this case it would be better to purchase a shredder with a larger branch cutting diameter;
- The cutting diameter can vary according to the amounts of wood (e.g: oak, olive, plum and peach are hardwood and can reduce the cutting capacity of the wood chipper);

• UNIFIED HOPPER:

It considerably simplifies and speeds up the operations.
It eliminates the constant operation of dividing the material (before shredding) between the large, woody sections and the smaller, green sections, each of them must be placed in their own hopper (an operation required by all standard shredders equipped with 2 hoppers).

• SELF-FEEDING:

Once introduced the branches into the hopper, the shredder pulls them inside the shredding unit autonomously thanks to the hopper vertical design. Thanks to the gravitational force, the mechanism can pull inside the branches to be shredded. WARNING: the branches must not be too bulky because this may limit the functionality of the machine.

The machine is equipped with the largest steel hopper in its category, able to process even very bulky branches and leaves, without having to pre-shred them.

The central rotor is composed of 2 steel flywheels firmly assembled together.

These then represent a sturdy unit (the main component of the garden shredder) of truly superior size, strength and performance.

This rotor is therefore one of the sturdiest and largest rotors on the market.

Equipped with 2 large shredding blades. They pre-shred the wood into the hopper reducing it in coarse wood chips.

Equipped with 8 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they reduce the material in small wood chips.

Provided with 2 counter-blades for high quality shredding results.

The outer shredding chamber (the largest and sturdiest in its category) is proportionate to the rotor it includes. It is wide and features a round-shape. It guarantees excellent productivity, as well as the durability of the system.

The machine structure is 100% made of steel. No plastic has been used.

Brand-new reinforced highly sturdy shredding blades: 2 large shredding blades. These blades pre-shred the material into the hopper creating a coarse wood chip (the blades are highly thick and fixed with 4 stainless steel bolts).

Focus on the hammer: 8 hardened steel shredding blades (or hammers) rotating at high speed. Thanks to their centrifugal motion they shred the branches in small wood chips.

Focus on the counter-blades: They are the main feature of this wood chipper, making it the top-of-the-range in its category, ensuring high and professional performance. Once assembled the hopper, they’ll be placed near the 2 rotating cutting blades fixed on the rotor. Thus, the "Blade + Counter-blade" system makes shredding operations easier and more efficient, reducing motor effort at the same time.

Focus on the sieve: This model of garden shredder is almost the only machinery equipped with the removable SELF-CLEANING SIEVE, which allows the wood chips to be discharged exclusively once perfectly shredded by the 8 hammers. The sieve is equipped with 2 support bolt that allows it to be assembled or disassembled from the discharge chute opening. By removing the sieve, the garden shredder will produce coarser wood chips, maximising the hourly output. By assembling the sieve, on the other hand, will maximise the shredding capacity of the machine, producing smaller wood chips.

INTERMEDIATE BELT DRIVE WITH 2 REINFORCED BELTS.

This transmission gives the machine an extraordinary sturdiness, protecting both the motor and the internal shredding rotor from any kind of internal shock or kickback.

In case of a rotor blockage caused, for example, by a too large branch, stones, etc... there is no risk of breaking the drive shaft and the motor, but the intermediate belt will slip or at least will brake down.

This ensures a higher durability over time compared to the standard system of all petrol-powered machineries, where the transmission is directly connected to the shredding cutting system.

Heavy-duty engine revolution multiplier with gears in oil-bath.
It is highly large and sturdy, 100% Made in Italy like the entire garden shredder. Equipped with cardan joint.

Equipped with anti-vibration rubbers and large wheels for easy transport.

Adjustable discharge chute, 1 m from the ground, equipped with adjustable-tilting deflector.

It allows discharging vegetable waste directly into a box.

The overall weight of the unit is 134 Kg.
