Pulcino 10 Plate Filter for Wine

The PULCINO® wine filter consists of a special electric pump and a filtering system called liquid system with pressed layers.

The filter mounts 11 top-quality filter plates made of PVC.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

It can house up to 10 filter sheets. It is also possible to mount various types of filter sheets to obtain different types of productions.

Bronze pump

When detached from the filter, the filtering pump can also be used as a common transfer pump.

The pump can also operate with fewer than the 10 filter sheets for which it is designed.

For example 8 or only 6 sheets can be mounted: simply slide the chosen plates off. The filtering quality remains the same, only the amount filtered per hour will decrease.

Pump body made of high-quality bronze.

The pump is self-priming, excellent for transferring wine thanks to its bronze pump and impeller.

0.5 Hp induction motor

The Colombo 10 wine pump mounts an electric induction motor which guarantees a long service life.

This motor is capable of delivering a power of 0.5 Hp

This particular type of filters allows to obtain excellent levels of drinks purification without altering the fundamental characteristics of the filtered liquid. For this reason, it is mainly used for domestic filtering operations, but also for professional applications, such as in wine cellars, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, breweries, and wherever it is necessary to filter a drink in order to serve or bottle it perfectly clear, without any trace of residue.
