This plate and sheet filter for oil is a state-of-the-art machine which differs from the STANDARD model both in its specificity in filtering extra virgin olive oil. The specific characteristics of this oil filter make it suitable for professional applications.

It is a SUPER-PROFESSIONAL filtering pump with double stainless steel gears. Specifically built for filtering olive oil, hence suitable for high viscosity liquids (where a pump with a normal impeller would not be as effective in filtering work).

Stainless steel pump body, the best one of all food-grade metals and undoubtedly the most suitable for contact with olive oil.

Wine filter

The heavy-duty filter units feature 19 filter plates each made of top-quality PVC.

The assembly is fast and easy, the replacement of the filter sheets is immediate and most importantly, liquid leakage that can occur during filtering operations has been drastically reduced.

It is suitable for filtering any liquid foodstuff, first of all, wine.

It can house up to 36 filter sheets in total. It is also possible to mount various types of filter sheets to obtain different types of productions.

The pump can also operate with fewer than the 36 filter sheets for which it is designed For example, 30, 24 or 18 sheets can be mounted: simply slide the chosen plates off. The quality of filtration remains the same, only the quantity filtered per hour will decrease.

For example, by using only 18 carton filters, it is possible to obtain an hourly production of filtered litres of approximately half of the amount obtained with 36 filters (without of course affecting the quality of filtration). But in some cases this can allow to save money in the use of filter sheets.

Additional purchases of filter sheets can be carried out combined with the purchase of the wine pump, since they are on sale in specific listings from our website. These filters for wine are universal, so they can easily be found on sale in any store across Italy.

A primary filter will also be supplied, for pre-sorting larger fragments. In this way you will have everything you need to make your first filtering operations.
