The FIMAR TC 12C meat mincer is a great option for semi-professional use in any medium-sized butcher shop.

The machine body is entirely made of stainless steel, this ensures high protection against external elements and a much higher ease of cleaning.

The hopper,plate the removable grinding unit and the food processing components are entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel.
