Comet MP 30 Sprayer Pump with 120 lt Tank

Comet sprayer pump on trolley is a comprehensive quality tool. Comet pumps are synonymous with performance and reliability. The trolley with tank is designed to be easily moved and it is equipped with all the necessary precautions to make the job easier and faster.

  • Collection system: 120 L
  • Heavy-duty brass lever lance
  • Comet MP 30 with Loncin G 200 F engine
  • Set of hoses and filters
  • Trailer hitch kit

    (to tow the trolley with tank with a small tractor)

This kit is ideal for spraying (or weeding) treatments, in small and medium-sized crops, parks, gardens, orchards, greenhouses and for spraying detergents and colors in water solution.

Equipped with flanged pump, petrol engine with speed reducer and control unit (for pressure regulation).

NOT INCLUDED: heavy-duty hose reel with hose (available as an optional accessory)

NOTE:

If products containing minerals such as kaolin, zeolite, basalt, etc. are used, washing should be carried out at the end of each treatment and at the end of each season to avoid long-term damage to the internal components of the pump. It is advisable to disassemble several parts of the pump, such as valves, heads and diaphragms, in order to clean out any agglomerated residues sedimented by the minerals.
These procedures will ensure a long life of the pump even if the above minerals are used.

Loncin G 200 F 4-Stroke Engine

Loncin G 200 F original latest-generation 4-stroke petrol engine with 196 cc displacement. It features ”OHV” overhead valve technology. Thanks to this mechanism, the pump will not need a lot of maintenance work since it will be much less complex than the previous DOHC technology.

Many advantages compared to 2-stroke engines (still very popular for sprayer pumps):

Optional Hose Reel

Heavy-duty hose reel for trolleys with 2 wheels with 120 L tank, equipped with petrol sprayer pump.

Equipped with 40 m of specific high pressure hose.

Mounting brackets and screws to mount it on the trolley with tank.

Of course, the trolley comes with the frame already perforated and prepared to mount the hose reel.

Equipped with 40 m of 40 bar high-pressure hose. It can operate all high-pressure petrol sprayer pumps suitable for this trolley and all dedicated accessories (lever lances such as the one supplied with the wheelbarrow, gun spraying lances, mitra lances, etc.).

Assembly

The trolley with tank comes already assembled. You only need to:

  • screw the 4 bolts of the pump on the base
  • connect the suction, overflow and connection hose between the lance and the pump.
  • mount the trolley handles.

This operation is very easy and does not require more than 10-15 minutes
