The Artus C25 385W multi-tool kit includes the motor and standard-supplied accessories for different types of food processing:
The electric motor has a 385W power absorption and a maximum 1500W peak current. Thus, if the meat mincer gets stuck, switching the motor off and back on will generate a higher amount of power to remove the blockage.

WARNING: this product is made entirely with food-safe materials, however its internal components do not undergo cleaning before it gets distributed. When you start using it, we recommend crushing 2 kg of tomatoes and throwing them out afterwards to ensure the inside of the machine is perfectly clean and remove any debris deriving from the manufacturing process (tiny plastic fragments, metal or tin).

The filter is made of stainless steel. Filter holes diameter: 1,5 mm. The pestle and the worm screw are made from food-grade plastic material.
