The “Consumer” (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, for any reason, without providing explanation and without penalty.
Upon receipt of the goods, the Consumer has 14 days to communicate his or her wish to exercise withdrawal. Communication may take place, for example, by assistance ticket, registered letter or email. This communication must contain the name and surname of the purchaser, order number, invoice number and date of purchase.
The Customer is requested to return the products in the same condition in which they were received, with their original packaging (intact and complete in all their parts as they are considered to be integral parts of the goods), instructions manuals, accessories, parts, keys and everything provided as standard equipment, without any missing parts.
The Consumer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from their handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
In the event that the goods are obviously used and/or have missing or intact packaging, the resulting commercial devaluation upon re-marketing as a “used product” will lead to a reduction in its value.
In order to limit damage to the original packaging, we suggest, where possible, putting it in a second box, avoiding in all cases affixing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original product packaging.
Within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, the Consumer shall provide independently, through a carrier company of its own choice, to forward the product to

The costs of the return are borne by the Consumer.
Until the goods are certified as received at the address indicated above, the goods will travel under the responsibility of the Consumer; it is therefore advisable to insure the return shipment against theft, loss or damage in transit, for which AgriEuro accepts no liability in the return transport.
Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, we shall refund the customer the full amount of the transaction (subject to the limitations set out above) using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the Consumer has proved that he has actually returned the goods.
AGRIEURO SRL, has the right to withdraw from the sale agreement by providing the customer with a simple reasoned notice if there are causes of force majeure or unforeseen impossibility not attributable to the online shop or the carrier. In such cases, the customer shall only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
